I believe this course is well done as it allows for a more "hands on" experience. It does a solid job at explaining the topics it does although at times there were items or slides that seemed advanced and difficult to grasp for a beginner.
Really great learning would recommend to other ppl.
I think Angel did a good job teaching me information that gives me a headache and makes me want to fall asleep. She has a great personality that makes it not so boring.
Good course. If I had a critique, I would like there to be more time in the course to allow for testing for the formal certification, that way it's done, and we can move on. I do not like the ominous cloud hanging over my head that I must retain all this information for a later date, and then stuff more information of a different nature (Net+, Sec+), also to formally test at a later date.
Overall this course taught me a lot, and learned many things along the way especially about the inside of a computer. The only thing I would change is make it longer so the material really sinks in.
A+ is an amazing beginner course for those who want to get into the IT industry.
very good concept but needs some work, maybe my computer didnt like it but several times it would not accept the correct input i.e. placing items in the correct spot or saying power was off when it was on
