As stated before, this course needs to be redesigned. If it was not for how practically flawless ITIL was before this, I would be demanding a refund as the amount of money I paid to take this course was not reflected in in the quality of the course that I had to go through. There was so much wrong with this course that it should probably be scrapped and replaced with something that will actually help the students. If I was a student who had issues with taking tests, my confidence would be shot, and I would be scared to proceed with the following courses and certifications.

I loved the lab and learned alot in only 2 sessions
This course was well taught by the instructor. I have been in military provided IT training and it was not nearly as in-depth as this class has been. I feel confident that I will pass this certification.
