Expert, approachable instructors are a distinctive strength: attendees say they explain technical concepts through relatable, real-world examples, answer questions patiently and keep sessions lively with discussion, quizzes and games. They value the broad introduction to IT, hands-on labs, troubleshooting practice and supporting resources such as ITProTV and TestOut. The course builds useful confidence for further study and entry-level IT, although its intensive pace means beginners often want more time to absorb the material and align assessments with the certification exam.
