I really liked the Ascend lab but was no longer able to access them when I started Network Plus course.

Overall class was good to say it was a lot of information in a short time.

The ACI Practice Labs need a better set up. Poor connection or slow machines cause to much of a headache to feel that they are beneficial

the general professionalism of ACI and the decision-making ability is poor to say the least. on Wednesday, there was inclimate weather and class was held. on Thursday, when the road were clear i got a call that there was an "emergency situation" at the facility and classes were canceled with no option of zoom (which the am class did) also stated was that there was a make up class to be scheduled on an upcoming Saturday. fast forward to 7pm on Friday when we got an email that our make up session was at 8am the next day. we were unable to take the end of course assessment until Saturday despite having meet the over 80% attendance requirement in your policy. poor decision making and lack of consideration of your students time. I will highly discourage anyone who inquires into your courses from taking them, currently there are 4 people in the course with me that i work with and 5 others that were considering attendance that will no longer be attending.

Mrs. Angel Waymer brings an infectious enthusiasm and deep care for student learning into every lecture and discussion. Her extensive knowledge and dedication make difficult concepts understandable, and the genuine interest she takes reinforces the value of the course material. I appreciate her exceptional commitment to teaching and developing students academically and personally.

Our instructor Chris was very helpful and he wanted to make sure we understood the concepts of Network. Overall great class with real world scenarios.

Great Couse! Highly Recommended for anyone who want to expand their knowledge and career in IT.
