I feel more confident in passing the test then before I started the course.
Chase was able to put me at ease even when there were areas of the course that were beyond my experience.
This instructor and class has supplied me with a multitude of knowledge that I would find hard to understand/learn if I were to try to study on my own, let alone find reliable resources. I would and will highly suggest aci learning to my colleagues.
Im sure if I had taken A+ before this would have been alot easier.
Kenneth was easily one of the best instructors I've had!
I like the subject matter, I will be doing more extensive studying before taking the test. I plan on taking them by the end of January.
