Labs Leave a lot to be desired. they disconnect on a regular basis, are slow to the point of frustration at times (this can be best described as "Frames per minute"). sometime the labs do not react the way they are intended to. on some occasions i could not finish some of them due to the issues with the labs. the class material has been Filtered and it shows. a large portion of the CompTia material is grandstanding Vocabulary and thesaurus use. Angel did a great job of cutting through that.

Dr. Paul (Mila Paul) is an amazing professor and I have learned so much from her and experiences. Which has made me highly consider on taking another 6- Week Course in ACI Learning if applicable/possible!

I know the school here in Colorado Springs is undergoing some renovations and my classroom was the closest to the construction but it has not interfered at all. I appreciate the snacks and the coffee the school offers as well. Being awake and not hungry is what helped me stay on track, less distractions.

ACI Learning is a fantastic career starter and I am looking forward to continuing education here

I am really enjoying the course and looking forward to the remaining after. ACI has truly given me the hope and capabilities to progress into this new career field. The staff and other students are very friendly that emits a welcoming and enthusiastic mood.

Overall, the program was well formatted and the instructors were very professional and did a great job in presenting the content / material we were provided. The only suggestions I would make are to allow instructors the ability to keep all content updated properly and frequently. Lastly, to make the process for receiving a voucher more easily understood in the beginning of the process. Make sure it is clear to all students that to receive your voucher, you must do cremaster practice questions, answers and final test as well as meet with your mentor. The overall process is not to confusing, but could be more clearly explained and may actually better motivate students to dig into the course material in more depth during the actual course.

I thoroughly enjoyed the class, Joseph Hornsey (instructor) actually takes his time teaching the material, and ensures his students understand what is taught. Would definitely recommend his class for Security + 10/10
