As a student at the ACI Learning school overall I am satisfied. I very much felt supported and valued as a student. I believe I received a high-quality education that is going to prepare me for my career. Thank You !!

The program is really good for getting test ready in a short amount of time. My suggestions for improvement would be: - Have all the instructors include mini quizzes every day so that students can practice active recall of the information - I think that the order in which we went through the information should be reviewed and rearranged. More difficult or complex concepts were introduced really early on day one. I think this would be resolved if the instructors for A+, Net+, and Sec+ had the actual exam objectives and went through that in an order they know to be easy for a student to digest. That way the information is core from the actual test, and can be taught in an easier fashion - The midterm and the final exams should be reviewed because some of the questions had coding issues, incorrect answers, or were worded a little wonky. - I think the courses should be extended to 3 weeks and the instructors should use the exam objectives pdfs to teach from. I think they should go over the terms to explain the concepts briefly and then use active recall games like kahoot, their own personal made quizzes, quizlet, or menti because when this was used that dramatically improved my memory of what I was learning. Most of them used the Powerpoint method of teaching and its really easy to lose your students with that because they don't stay engaged when going through slides. -I think there should be a week break in-between the the 2 week courses in order to prep and test for the exam if the student choose to and to have a mental break. Or there should be a week break in the middle of the program so people can have that mental break/recover. By the time we got to Sec+ you could tell that the other students in my class were pretty worn out because they were balancing work with school. - If it doesn't dramatically affect the program and its not possible to create breaks, I think that the entire program should be moved online so that there isn't as much of a strain when trying to learn this information in such a short time period.

Over the past ten weeks, I had the pleasure of being a student at ACI Learning, an IT training center that offers a range of courses and certifications for individuals looking to further their careers in the technology industry. During my time at ACI Learning, I immersed myself in learning and studying from early in the morning until late at night. If I wasn't in the classroom, I would be in a study group or at home going over everything that didn't sync in well enough. One of the most valuable aspects of my experience at ACI Learning was the opportunity to earn certifications. I was able to walk away with my ITIL 4 certification, my CompTIA A+ certification, and my CompTIA Net+ certification. I plan on taking my CompTIA Sec+ certification exam in the next week, and although I may need to use an additional voucher, I am hopeful that I will be successful. The instructors at ACI Learning were knowledgeable, patient, and thorough, ensuring that I was well prepared for each certification exam. In addition to the valuable certifications I earned, I also appreciated the connections I made at ACI Learning. Being in class made it very easy to connect with fellow students and instructors. It's much easier to make connections with people in person rather than over a Zoom call or online classroom. I found that the classroom environment at ACI Learning was very conducive to learning, and the instructors were always available to answer questions and offer support. Overall, I highly recommend ACI Learning to anyone looking to further their education and career in the technology industry. The range of courses and certifications offered, combined with the knowledgeable instructors and supportive classroom environment, make ACI Learning a top choice for IT training.
