It was great and can apply lots of it to situations at work.
Excellent content, engagement, pace and throughout the course Sam ensured we were all well informed. At all times we were given the opportunity to learn and contribute.
Training was so good, very engaging and Sam was brilliant at getting everybody involved.

Training was useful because it helped me understand how conflicts can happen and how to deal with them in a positive way. I feel more confident about managing disagreements and will use whay i have learned in the work place.
