the course was fantastic and full of useful knowledge. It was different from other training I’ve attended and gave me a much clearer understanding of how to assess staff fairly and safely. Chris was great, calm, knowledgeable and very good at guiding us through the activities. I now feel much more confident about carrying out assessments and giving feedback.

The trainer engaged with us and ensured that everyone was not left out, was able to demonstrate new technique of using the slide sheets and inserting the sling without rolling. Was given an opportunity to put in to practice what was learnt and more confident to support the team
