The training on tracking positive behaviour and Breakaway Training was very informative and valuable. I particularly appreciated learning practical strategies for recognising, recording and promoting positive behaviour in a clear and consistent way. The Breakaway Training was also helpful in developing my understanding of how to respond safely and appropriately when a situation becomes challenging. The practical guidance increased my confidence in using de-escalation techniques, maintaining professional boundaries and prioritising the safety and dignity of everyone involved. Overall, the training was engaging, practical and relevant to my role. I feel more confident in applying the knowledge and skills gained in my day-to-day work. MOLLY PINDER Is the best TEACHER EVER
