Maxine, was really good with the course, she had time to help us understand , and gave good scenario's, she didn't make the course boring!!
I've put 1 star for TEAMS as I struggle to maintain focus on TEAMS training
Maybe had time to try abdominal thrust. Time not his fault great course
The mandatory manual handling training was very useful. The trainer explained everything clearly and made the practical session easy to understand.
