Fun, educative, informative, interactive, effective communication between students and trainers
The course was so good nice balance of theoretical and practical learning with was very much needed learnt so much in this day than my whole life.
The moving and handling training was very informative and well delivered. It improved my understanding of safe moving and handling techniques, the correct use of equipment, and how to protect both service users and staff from injury. The training was practical, easy to understand, and relevant to my role in care.
Lee had an excellent working knowledge of Dementia. Having experienced a relative with Vascular Dementia I was able to relate personal circumstances and understand some background.
