Carl Smith the trainer is amazing and learnt so much and refreshed my knowledge. Venue was poor with treatment of visitors. Refused a hot drink on arrival and after being delayed. Drinks were taken away mid day even though the course had another 4 hours to go. Staff not helpful or friendly.

Was Carl smith not Glenn, the venue wouldn’t give us hot water to make a coffee
