GREAT OVERALL COURSE DUE TO DAMIENS BRENNAN ABILITY TO TEACH AND CLEARLY UNDERSTOOD HIS METHOD OF TRAINING - ONLY THING TO CHANGE IS NOT ON ZOOM!!! COURSE COULD BE 3 DAYS WITH SHORTER HOURS WITH MORE ENGAGMENT
