I sincerely appreciate the excellent Thames Water Passport training session. The course was well-structured, engaging, and very informative. Over the three hours, the trainer explained every concept with great clarity, using practical examples that made the topics easy to understand and remember. The interactive approach encouraged participation and kept the session interesting throughout.
