I found the course to be informative and it encouraged you to broaden your knowledge on the modules you were studying. I was unable to source the text for this module so I had to research materials for additional reading. I have gained great insight by completing this course as you might be aware in my role at work I am expected to provide therapy. I have been in this role for the past 4 years, had no confidence and was really struggling until I stated this course. this course was very beneficial in learning how CBT works and how i can implement this type of therapy into to my practice as a therapist. my tutor was very helpful in answering any questions i had and with honest feedback for my work. I enjoyed the course and appreciated the extensive materials and support provided throughout my learning experience. The tutor was fantastic, always helpful, and quickly answered my questions.
