My trainer was very patient and repeated each step till we all got it right
Very good training with nice interraction with the trainer
The course was highly engaging and informative. It reinforced my existing knowledge and skills in effectively de-escalating crisis situations, while emphasising the importance of using physical intervention only as a last resort when other de-escalation strategies have been exhausted.
The care training was very good and well organised. The trainer explained everything clearly, was knowledgeable, and made the sessions engaging and easy to understand. They encouraged participation, answered questions confidently, and ensured everyone felt comfortable throughout the training. I found the course informative and valuable, and I would highly recommend both the training and the trainer.
