An excellent informative course, but the IT issues let it down.
I was upset I was not able to see which question I got wrong. This seems dangerous. I have a grandson with an emergency care form of allergy and this would worry me.
The course was useful but very slow and clunky. I am guessing this is because there were a lot of people accessing it at the beginning of the school year and the introduction of Benedict’s Law. Some staff had trouble accessing the training at all.
Although the training was long and detail-oriented, it is very rounded and well explained. It’s also suitable for everyone whether they had prior training or knowledge about allergy or not.
