Excellent training and very important for all staff to have this knowledge.
Brilliant training but obviously missing some physical/practical elements.
The only concern we had was that when we completed this on our school INSET, the site couldn't cope with the number of people accessing it at once. INSET days are school's opportunity to ensure and give time to all staff to complete this necessary training. But otherwise, the course itself was excellent. Thank you

Excellent - I've done a lot of online courses and this was the best - simple, easy to use, good mix of images/quizes/videos rather than the usual silly 'click a box and make it swivel' or 'click on a number to reveal a fact' - these are all attempts to make online training appear interactive but are just time wasting. The audio playback was great for me to follow quickly as I've dyslexia. This training provided genuine interaction with purpose. The summary sheets at the end of each section were great - colourful and simple. Well done to all the team for content and putting it into practice. Easy to follow with bite size information with recaps along the way. I love the fact I could come back to it and complete over a few days.
Great course, easy to follow, straight to the point, not too much jargon or repetitive. I definitely feel more confident and knowledgeable now.
Very useful and informative course, it has greatly improved my knowledge on all areas of allergic reactions and how to handle them and to have the confidence to administer adrenaline safely.
The areas covered were very detailed and in manageable sessions. The training shows very clear progress through the process. The downloadable summaries are very useful.
