Practical, confidence-building learning is the provider’s distinctive strength: attendees consistently praise knowledgeable, clear and engaging trainers, well-structured modules, purposeful quizzes, visuals and opportunities to practise with training pens. They value accessible explanations, downloadable resources and realistic guidance that improves confidence and readiness in workplace emergencies. The training is easy to revisit in manageable sections, although the online platform is frequently reported as slow or unreliable.
