I could not fault the course in anyway. Eric Miller was outstanding because unfortunately Tracey was unable to attend due to illness. So single handedly Eric conducted the course in a very professional manner.

the endoscope machine could do with checking as it tripped out when testing it and smelled of burning and to open the door you had to log out and log inResponse : Hi Paul, I am sorry that there were issues with the equipment. However, faults do occur from time to time which cannot be for-seen. With regard to logging in to open the door. This is how MMM the owners of the equipment set them up for their tracking system. As this reflects the real world scenarios that you are likely to encounter, it is best that the course practical is as true to life as possible. Regards.

I felt that there was too much information crammed into too shorter time. It was at times rushed. There should be a printed list of all the acronyms used !Response : Hi Martin, The Endoscope Washer course is one of the most intense courses on our portfolio. I myself attended a similar course at another training provider and remember feeling the same way about that course. Even though I was an experienced CP(D) in other disciplines, I still found the course difficult. I take your point about the list of acronyms and we will ensure our glossary in the handouts is updated accordingly. Regards.

The course is relevant to the Hospital Industry, the attendees were all from the Pharma Industry so the relevance was not fully aligned to my background and future usage. However it was interesting seeing a different viewpoint on the testing principles.Response : Hi Gaven, Thanks for your feedback. We are keen to develop a course that has more relevance for the Pharma industry. I will be in contact once it is completed.
