I really appreciated the practical application of methods but felt like the set up didn't help us to understand how or why we were going through those methods and what we would learn. I don't really understand much more about the philosophy or overall use case for LS. I also got really bored of using the same reflective structure for each activity although I much appreciated the inclusion of reflection - would be good to mix it up a bit. Appreciated the mix of people in the room and chance to experiment

It was a good course overall but it would have be more beneficial to me to have more practical exercises.

A lot covered in one day, all useful information but hard to take on board all info

Quite fast paced but my colleagues were keeping up so it was maybe just me! Very enjoyable though and help was always at hand from the very friendly instructor.

I really enjoyed the session. II would have hoped for more training regarding content rather than functions. But I will incorporate the functions learnt today into my future presentations.

The content is great. I think the facilitators worked very hard to involve people but the reason I haven't given a higher score is because the pace meant that despite their efforts to involve me and the other learners, the pace actually had the opposite effect. Sometimes a bit more time to look at each tool would be helpful.

Depending on who was delivering a section depended on how well I assimilated and understood the learning. It wasn't well paced, and often confusing.

would have benefited from longer break out sessions for discussion and a chance to think about issues

Not enough time spent introducing big ideas by the facilitators, thankfully I already had an introduction to them through my learning. Not enough time dedicated to discussions in break out rooms.

There is a still a lot of content to process in one session and I feel as though I can't really engage enough with the content. I wonder if I might be having more trouble with the course being online than I had initially thought. I have also been reflecting on the use of models. I'm struggling with the volume of models being introduced and whether or not I will realistically use them. This is probably more of a general comment on models and tools in leadership and what I feel about their value... I suppose I am most interested with the thinking around them and how this challenges/changes my own thinking. I have noticed (and perhaps incorrectly) that there is a general lack of diversity in the content we are studying. To the best of my knowledge, I think we have predominantly been looking at models and ways of thinking from white CIS males - with the exception of Michael. C. Bush and Amy Edmondson. Although, it may be that I have gotten this wrong.
