It was a good session but thought we would have more on Strategy

I think the training was somewhat condensed and felt a little rushed. Also, being at 9am after a late night for many I think a few of the attendees were somewhat sluggish and therefore the facilitators did a good job in motivating the crowd.

I am a positive person and always try to see the positives, I'm not sure about this exercise today just feels like a task that only the trustees and managers have control about the outcome and decision making, it was not even explained clearly what the day was going to be about.

Some elements of the course were useful. I just felt that it probably didn't need to be 2 and half hours. I also felt that while sharing experiences is useful, it may have been better spending more time on the solutions.

Overall I believe these courses are essential before taking any leadership role or at the beginning of a leadership role.

I now understand the difference between One drive and Share point. However, the template Happy course was not adapted to our needs. We had asked for Happy to consult with Qlik IT to ensure that the trainer understood the 'unusual' set up we work with. However, the trainer frequently found our set up unusual when we pointed out that we could not do what she was teaching us in our existing system and outside the teaching set up

felt a bit rushed, but that's our fault as we asked to be delivered in just three hours

Trainer was great and learned new things but for me there wasn't enough short breaks, concentration can only be held for 20 min blocks so doing 1.5 hours of listening, moving fast and then actioning across a full day left my brain a little fried in the final section. Also, having one screen made it quite tricky.
