I knew some of the basics but was surprised at all the different functionality. Christine was very patient and still managed to fit everything in without rushing things. She also included everyone on the course so everyone contributed.

Time flew by because the content was so appropriate and engaging and it was so nice that it was a small group because we really got to let loose, participate and build rapport amongst ourselves as well as with Nicky Stone (facilitator).

I thought it was a great session, learned how to be a better coach.

I would have liked a slightly slower pace in the conditional formatting as I missed a key step.
