You don't know what you don't know and although some of the specific conversations were not relevant, there was learning in that too

I was a bit nervous and apprehensive about todays course, but the group were lovely. Jo made us feel really comfortable and felt like a safe space to discuss things

lots of information to process. great use of tools like the jam boards. lovely to see the changes in others at the end. it felt like a very safe space to share. i enjoyed the content and links

Really good course. Would have been nice if the facilitator joined some of the break out rooms to offer some guidance and slightly more time in the break out rooms.

it was really useful and comforting to talk about how organisations around the world are feeling as a result of the pandemic, and it is good to say things to management about valuing their staff that we would not be able to say ourselves!

I really enjoyed this course and found all elements useful and relevant to my work. Nicky was great and really helped everyone contribute with their own experiences.
