Really enjoying the course

As always from Happy, another very enjoyable and thought-provoking days learning. Would highly recommend.

The facilitator was very thorough and made sure everyone got involved and understood each step

Great! I really liked that the instructor actively encouraged people to ask questions at any time. This together with the length/pace of the session and the small size of the group made it easy to say that you were lost rather than staying silent and fretting. The instructor also asked about personal learning goals and checked in with us at the end as to whether they had been achieved.

Relaxed and informal learning is much more inclusive for people who are new to software packages.

Sarah was great! Leaned a lot from the sessions and now feel more confident about presenting.

Paul was an amazing facilitator, he was enthusiastic and made sure every single individual was comfortable and understood the steps.

Paul has been an excellent teacher. The way he taught the topic was very easy to follow, he made everyone feel comfortable to ask questions and got us all involved. I would highly recommend him as a teacher. Overall an amazing experience!

Paul was amazing and so engaging he is excellent at what he does! His patience and kindness really makes him a wonderful training provider and this should be recognised by his wider team :)
