Dez really understand us and how we work and some of our issues and tensions. He makes us think about things from completely different angles and never fails to challenge and surprise us.

I thoroughly enjoyed the training, as it was like no other that I have undertaken before. I felt like I was able to focus more, given that I am currently off work and could provide my whole attention to it. The facilitator was very engaging, encouraging and involved us all. I enjoyed the pace and the learner involvement making the course diverse and interesting.

Gill was fantastic and was able to differentiate for everyone even though there were a huge range of competency and confidence levels! I am pretty tech savvy but I wasn't bored and even learnt some cool tips and tricks!
