it was a great session and hats off to DJ! Really engaging and great listener. I was just under the impression it was a session focussed on beginners. I found a lot of the content hard to grasp in some senses due to the fact that I did not have the prior knowledge/foundations of minuting.
The start of the session was very learner led where we had to figure out things for our self which helped keep my focus - the end was more a show and copy which I struggled after a day of learning. I did the online course a few years ago and did not find it as good as in person - felt like I really understand how to use the things I've been taught.
An excellent, interactive, well-paced training workshop that blended theory and practice, with practical take-outs to implement. Thanks Been for being an excellent, patient, emotionally-intelligent trainer.
The pace was too quick for me, but my purposes for attending were different to the other attendees as I'm not an analyst or work extensively with data. However Serena is a really attentive trainer, and couldn't have done more to support me. I think I also learn better face to face with these sorts of courses.
I found the course an excellent for my current role as a Delivery Manager overseeing 20 members of staff under a sub-portfolio. This approach is up to date as I've not been in a team management role for a while. There was also some useful discussion on approaching particular scenarios and use cases which was extremely helpful. I would have preferred to discuss the Multiplier roles earlier as I was lagging towards the end of the day and this content was key for me. The trainer was clear and concise and involved us all in the conversation which isn't easy virtually. Thank you.
Interactive and great facilitator - helpful to learn actively and listen to other's ideas
Training was very informative and facilitator Christine made sure that everyone was involved and got help when needed. There's a lot of information to absorb and maybe a short break in the middle would be good. For me personally, follow up sessions would be beneficial, after I had a chance to try things/practise and after I 'digested' the knowledge.
