Really enjoyed the Femi session. I wanted to ask about how we can make recruitment lead to more diversity and she focused on that, so I was very pleased.
I would have liked more time to delve deeper into each topic. Perhaps my next steps are to think about 1 or 2 aspects of the training I want to visit in more depth.
Some good group discussions facilitated and the content flexed to answer /tailor to our specific needs.
