lots of information to process. great use of tools like the jam boards. lovely to see the changes in others at the end. it felt like a very safe space to share. i enjoyed the content and links

Really good course. Would have been nice if the facilitator joined some of the break out rooms to offer some guidance and slightly more time in the break out rooms.

it was really useful and comforting to talk about how organisations around the world are feeling as a result of the pandemic, and it is good to say things to management about valuing their staff that we would not be able to say ourselves!

The training wasn't what I expected...it was better and more useful. Great course and Dez was excellent - the most engaging online training I've ever had!

Really enjoy the training, the trainer is so so nice and approachable, i never feel nervous to ask a question as i know i will receive the help i need! Overall brilliant training.
