Ben was very open and friendly and explained things in an easy to understand way. I liked the mixture of activities - sometimes writing things, sometimes watching things, sometimes in groups of 2 or 4, sometimes reflecting as a whole. It felt like there was a real variation in material and I left with some good tools to move forward with. It was also nice to get a confidence boost of hearing things that I'd either been doing already or other people have also experienced.

Very useful and enjoyable. Will need to gain confidence with technology but definately will try out with the team.

Good all round course...

I learned little basic tricks as well as more complicated functions and common mistakes and how to fix them! Very helpful!

Excellent instructor, but I had hoped to learn a bit more.

Really interesting and engaging. Great to work with people outside of my team. Think it could be over a longer period of time.
