Engaging facilitator, nice refreshments, clean venue - great experience!

Overall very good training and useful tips.

Only issue was I couldn't complete the original questionnaire.

Often think about the amygdala, fight/flight in relation to young people I support - was good to reflect in a lighter-hearted way about how it affects us as managers.

Lovely to have a very reflective first session

The course has given me a broader understanding of negotiation skills and how to apply it in my role.

Very well organised and hopefully feeling more assured in doing Pivot Tables on my own as my job will involve a lot of these from time to time. Also whilst doing the course with Ebe online, she gave me the time to fully write up and construct my own notes whilst carrying out the course, compared to the previous occasion where it was just 90 mins but it was very much a talk through session with the online trainer.

We're always given a good amount of thinking time provided, along with lots of discussion time. Also appreciate the well spaced out breaks.

Great session today. The pace and activities were pitched really well and were engaging. Clearly explained and timed.

Good range of exercises, appealing in different ways. Time to reflect too, and plenty of information given
