I would prefer an even simpler course as it was too quick for me and I need more practice in between learning new things. Not enough time!

The session was informative and useful, providing tools that could be used in everyday tasks, like RACI, 1:1 tips, objectives creation. Though I'd appreciate more information on team performance standards

Janet is good and structures it well. However, I was looking forward to difficult conversations and this was missed due to time so should have been managed better
