Todays session was interesting to me as the company in general are going through a lot of change in many ways and in quite a short space of time. There has been some useful tips which I believe can be applied to make any changes I'm involved with delivering to get more "buy-in" and a willingness to cooperate.

I felt it wasn't too slow or too fast and that all of my fellow learners were fully engaged throughout the whole day.

The instructor was lovely and delivered the course at a comfortable speed giving us the chance to ask questions when needed.
