The individual sessions were the plus of this course
It was an interesting course. I do not have a lot of experience with taking minutes and have never sent out an agenda so I felt a bit out of my depth. I could have done with learning the basics of minute taking. This course felt like a refresher at times.
This was really good as I have been on many excel trainings before but I still was able to pick up useful ideas and tips as well as learn some new things. Presented well visually and verbally and allowed enough time to complete exercises with support if necessary. Great trainer!
This was the best training i have been on in some time. Prior to the session i felt a day of learning about excel would be dry. Edmund did a great job making it feel calm, friendly and straightforward.
I found the course and the facilitator very engage throughout the course. She made me feel engaged and wanted to learn the content. I really enjoyed the Excel Level 2 and I would recommend to my peers.

Really useful course, I've learnt lots. Edmund is great - the pace was fine and he made sure everyone kept up and was on track. He was very knowledgeable and patient.However, I think that it was too long - I would have preferred to do this over 2 sessions - maybe 2 different mornings or similar. The content was great and Edmund was super but I struggled to keep focused on the same thing from 9.30-3.30.
