A good session but needed more time as it's quite a big topic. Focused on individual listening - it would be great to have one also on group listening if possible and overcoming group dynamics or difficult/disruptive people in a group.

I learnt more on being a good listener and paying attention

Paul was very lovely at making everyone feel comfortable in sharing ideas. It felt very much like an open discussion as opposed to just receiving information. We were also given the opportunity to put the new listening skill into practise which was nice to try and experience.

This training was really good. It has given me the confidence and tools to be able to actively listen. Thankyou!
