Fantastic course. The workshop was extremely helpful and had some fantastic resources and actions that I can apply to my day to day life in and out of work.

A really great session. A good number of people on the course so it wasn't too many people to speak in front of. Very engaging presenter who was very empathetic and a great person to teach the course.
