the course makes us stop and evaluate our day to day communication and management style. With the principles discussed we can then refine / edit what we are already doing . i did wonder if it would be better having the sessions closer together rather than 3 months apart ?

The facilitator Sal was very engaging and kept us all involved throughout the day. She livened up the work so that it felt dynamic, relevant and not at all static. She was very good at answering questions and patient in walking us all through each step of the training,
