the pace of today's training was better, there was more time to think about the information that was shared- I stand half a chance of retaining it! The assignment period of 4 weeks was too short for me, I am pleased that we will will have advanced notice of upcoming assignments so that i can feel better prepared.

Everyone has equal chance of contributing to the sessions. Learnt very useful elements to support leadership. Personal interaction with the people from different group of professionals
I found it to be a great introduction to LS - it was nice to be able to practice with some on the different techniques.
There were some elements today that were useful, e.g. creating your story and the introduction to William Bridges. I just feel so disengaged when you go through all the cohort asking for feedback following breakout groups. It is so lengthy, long winded and I do not learn anything.
Gill is an excellent trainer. This was my second session with her, really information and I have learnt a lot. Thank you :)
I know we had lots to cover in the training, but being all on-line found a full day challenging - I would have preferred to half day sessions, but Mike engaged us really well & the course was extremely useful & I have already use some of the techniques learnt.
