Overall was a useful training however not sure if I will apply in my current duties.
Paul was very patient and took his time to explain everything. He simplified minutes like no other and I believe his a great teacher

I liked the suggestions of different ways to ensure engagement from all individuals attending the meetings. I liked the idea of co chairs and activities to encourage discussions.
Some very good ideas to encourage collaboration - some IT tools we are not able to use because of security restrictions but i will try and seek alternatives.
