Really engaging session, lots of opportunity for questions and reflection

Learnt some good techniques in becoming a 'coach'. This also allowed me to self reflect on my own self given that my scoring to 'management behaviors' scored me as a Accidental diminisher- areas to look at within my own reflection.

Really enjoyed this training session and makes me want to get some spreadsheet out and start putting my new knowledge into action :) I can only agree with one other participant when she said that she had no idea how cool Excel can be... Ed was brilliant, what a nice guy! Although I usually don't like online training courses (about using softwares, apps) as I often loose track but in this training each step was explained thoroughly and Ed did a good job at highlighting which buttons he would click with his red marker.

I think I booked on the wrong course as it was too basic and too slow paced for me but was ideal for some of the people on the course so it was me who was out of step and not the trainer. Having said that it was a nice refresher for functions but the functions we used today were ones I am familiar with or I have an alternative method which gets me the result I need. I really liked the way the trainer used show one, do one, teach one method as I am sure that helps things e embedded

Really clear and detailed but without being too confusing or complicated. The pace was perfect and the level of skills needed / expected was spot on (not too easy, not too hard!)

Absolutely loved having Ed train us, he paced the session brilliantly, i loved the red drawing he used to explain what he meant visually and the extra chat definitions too. There was a good mix of watching him do something then trying ourselves. He packed a lot into the sessions, i've definitely come away with lots of new things i've learnt and will put into practice right away.

Ed was really helpful, giving lots of tips to things I kind of knew already but it was making now much more sense. The practical examples, sharing screens and talking about the different topics was so helpful and reassuring. Thank you Ed!
