Suzi is a brilliant facilitator- she is informative and engaging and obviously has a great deal of knowledge and understanding about the subject

Sal was a great teacher, she outlined things very well and was great at responding to questions or where we were confused, she also got everyone involved in doing it, it was very daunting sharing the screen and doing it in front of everyone but it was great, really re enforced the learning and allowed everyone to learn from each other and also have the opportunity to actively learn. really enjoyed her teaching method and enjoyed the course

Suzi was just fantastic, her knowledge, personality, experience and delivery was so refreshing. It was interactive but not too intense and forced, well times breaks and difficult topics were followed with more light hearted discussions. This is the first management training I have attended and I would love the chance to join more of Suzis sessions, the days have flown by and been so engaging. Suzi picked up on our current issues with our own management and handled this professionally and checked this out with her management- i felt listened to! Thank you!

Great trainer made everyone feel like they could answer questions and I felt like I learn't some useful tools for using sharepoint.

Session didn't quite go to plan due to technical challenges but was actually quite good to have some unscheduled time to talk about strategy and aspects of business canvas. I was familiar with the models and agile design methodology but it is good to have the opportunity to discuss with rest of SLT.

SCARF model was new to me. Always good to learn new ideas! I enjoyed reading the research paper in the additional resources.

It was a clear and comprehensive overview which has given me enough immediate knowledge to start making use of, whilst highlighting the places where there is more to delve in to. I feel like I have come away with some super building blocks and a map of where to go next. Serena was wonderful; professional and patient, keeping things moving but never leaving anyone behind. The effort to explain how the examples we were working with could be applied to the needs of a our own organisation was really helpful and very much appreciated.
