Paul is a great coach! I find myself having very insightful explorations with him. He gently keeps me on track asking simple but very effective questions. My goal was to explore and develop my leadership style and these session have really supported my growth and development in this area. Thank you Paul

Healthy amount of involvement to stay stimulated but not drag on each activity. Structure and pace was good, covered the content thoroughly without rushing or dragging
It was a really well run course. May have been better face to face but was good on Zoom any way I think the website could be better. It was not easy to navigate. Once on I was not sure if I had viewed all the relevant content. I think this should be addressed.
As time goes by, we are getting more familiar amongst ourselves and discussions became more constructive and useful. I am getting more from the course mainly as sharing experience with other delegates
I found this week very interesting and packed with useful practical things I can build up on and use.
The course today was really good, as it was just the trainer, Daphne and myself, so I had one to one tuition. She covered the training content and more, as I was asking specific questions to my job, which she was more than happy to help with. It was a very good training session.
