Really engaging trainer

There was a lot of information to take in today and I'm worried I didn't retain a lot of it, but I think that's an unavoidable part of the apprenticeship. As usual the day was broken up into activities as well as listening which helped increase retention and reduce overwhelm and the opportunities to work with Peers was very helpful. I particularly found it useful going through the STAR process and KSBs with a peer as I was feeling a little daunted, and concerned that my examples were not of sufficient quality - she helped me see how I could demonstrate the learning and implementation.

Very good and comprehensive session

Kevin was great! Really helpful and thorough, while also providing one-on-one support.

Today's session could have been a very dry and intense session, however, Jo, Brendan and Sophie managed to make it very rich and reassuring at the same time. I felt very supported through the day (although needed to step out and was late due to commute). Thank you to Brendan for staying behind and helping me to navigate through the assignments.

Welcoming venue, good paced course, adjusted for learning styles if required within the group. top effort.

Another fantastic and for me personally very timely session that has helped me a great deal, I love working with Nicky she is a fabulous facilitator and makes the space one that is comfortable and feels safe.

This was the best professional development course I've attended and I would absolutely recommend Happy to friends and colleagues. I really enjoyed the sessions and the content was very applicable to the challenges I'm currently facing at work.

Excellent, a good few hours. Took a lot of good things from the training and looking forward to using them everyday.
