I always feel like I can ask the dumbest questions! That's the best!

Gill is personable, extremely knowledgeable and explains all the information in very manageable chunks.

Overall, the training was brilliant. The facilitator knows her stuff and worked at my pace making sure I understand what was taught at every stage by letting me perform/ repeat them. She made it exciting and interesting to carry out tasks by following examples and right on time too. I will surely recommend Happy to my work colleagues and other friends.

The Happy sessions are always a delight to join. Learn by doing and being part of instead of talked at!!

I found the structure of the course really good and it has really made me think about how I communicate with my team and areas I can improve. I particularly like the emails solutions.

Another enjoyable course with Rachael. She delivers concepts really well and ensures all the group are included. She gives time to ask any questions and always offers to clarify points. It's a good mix of different types of break outs and exercises and works well over zoom.
