Enough time to explore the different topics in main group and smaller groups. Appreciated the short breaks and variation of tasks/groups.

Dez seems to have improved over the years. I did the course two years ago and it still felt very fresh.

Great course and Paul is a very nice facilitator! Length of the course shall be reduced (perhaps condense content) as a full day on Zoom is challenging despite the breaks given

This was the best course I have ever been on, thank you so much for facilitating such a wonderful course which was theraputic as well as informative. The platform worked so well for me even though it was virtual I just got to know everyone so well, I loved the breakout room activities and all the different theories it was great and so much I can take back to my everyday role.
