Very pleased with it. Anything more would have been too much information to land at one time. I think we should hope to be able to take away 1 or 2 key messages from a training day such as this and that’s exactly what I took.
Excellent course. So practical and helpful. Other courses I have attended like this involves buying into a facilitation model that feels is stylised. This is authentic and real and we can take what we need from all the great materials.
The quick fire nature of tasks over the course helped maintain interest. It really helped when these were navigated openly with lists of things we were going to cover shared clearly and checked against, so we could keep track and see how much we were covering.
Excellent training session. Very thought provoking and challenging. For me personally, there was a lot to take in, and I could feel myself getting tired towards the end of the session.
Provided useful mechanisms to deal with both management of a team, as well as ‘upward management’ to senior business personnel
I'm pleasantly surprised with the course and felt that the pace and timing of it were great. I was afraid I would get easily distracted but Christine was very good at keeping people engaged. She was also very patient with everyone, even if it took some of us longer to understand something. I feel like I have learned a good amount that will help me to improve my performance at work, so thank you for that.
