Ed was very nice, informative, and had great energy!

The training with Ed was great, he went at a great pace and I thought his use of the chat was great!. I'm someone that needs to hear, watch and read to understand sometimes so that was perfect. Ed was super friendly and explained everything very clearly, multiple times without being asked. Really enjoyed the training. Thank you Ed!

Thoroughly enjoyed this session. Felt welcomed by the group and by Michael. Interesting subject matter. Pace was good, explanation and interaction was excellent.

Really enjoying the course so far. Michael is very patient and understanding of everyone's needs. Our sessions have had a good mix of group work, presenting and individual work. I have found the sessions engaging and feel comfortable to ask anything I'm not sure on.

the training was good and very informative, Michael made all the resources in the session adapted to my needs and did not make it obvious so i felt comfortable

very well structured and covered many issue that we face on a daily basis. The learning material and group work was very useful

Completely thrown in the deep end with break out rooms in the first couple of minutes and felt it was very fast paced. However, it really opened up communication and by the end of the course I am fascinated and encouraged to change the way I hold meetings

I found this course very interesting and have had my eyes opened on moving forward using these tools
