I enjoyed it the course and will take away wild tea, 3w and 124 all especially going forward and feel will make the team more involved in future decision making. I felt some learners were naturally more interactive than others and felt needed to gap fill at times pending on group was in. just the excell SS that was confusing and seemed very jargon like.

I found it difficult initially to keep up! I sometimes entered a breakout room having no idea what I was supposed to be talking about because I hadn't yet digested the information.

One session was a bit quick and unclear, which was a shame as it was "the rest of the structures" but as a reflector am happy to take it away to think about
