I thought Rachael was a great trainer, she really involved us all an showed us thing that we had never thought about before this training. I have become more of a confident leader since this journey started and I am far happier for it to continue this way.

I really enjoyed the day and took away some real insight into how to process map, when this is appropriate and how to implement this within my team. I thought it was well pitched and paced and look forward to implementing my learning. The starter activity really helped and enabled the afternoon session to be more productive.

Good pace - involvement but not any that would make people uncomfortable. Clear description of concepts and very open to questions.

Generally happy with the course. It was harder to do over zoom (and feeling ill) but could see a lot of work was done to ensure a similar experience to in person sessions.

Overall a really fantastic course with considerable variety in the topics covered, was delivered in excellent style and everyone was included throughout. I feel like this has equipped me to be a better leader moving forward.

Preferred the face to face sessions but understandably we needed to get the last session complete. So seemed logical to do this online.

The course has been excellent overall. Paul has been great, and modelled many of the attributes and skills he's been teaching us.

Paul has constantly, subtly demonstrated what is being taught to us. For example, constantly asking why we have answered that question that way, role play with the coaching was an eye opener. The way of learning has suited the way my brain works and the content feels up-to-date, relateable and accesable to everyone.
