Really informative and engaging - although there was alot of content and big topics covered so more time would have been good.

Well structured training, I felt there was lots of knowledge and lots of information which will help with the assignment.

Another great session with Jo and the team. Great to hear that Margaret has been asked by her Board to take on the interim Chief Exec role. I think its a testament to Jo and the course, with Margaret clearly considering how she can apply what she has learnt into her new role. I'm sure Margaret will agree that the course has helped her to get into this position. I know of at least four of us who have been promoted since we started the level 7 (Margaret, myself, Joe, and Killian), and I personally attribute a large part of this to confidence I have gained in my leadership skills, which has come from the course. Great talk from Donna Hall. I was able to take away useful tools from her talk, and later Jo's presentation, to use today in a stakeholder/partnership meeting, which was a success :D
