Excellent training with some really helpful tips and tools

A good introduction to communication skills, with some really useful information and topics covered. A good balance of theory and breakout rooms / practical sessions.

Good pace and good use of jam boards

The 90 mins was very interesting indeed, and showed me things on the session that I had never ever done before in Word.

I thought the interactive training was really good. I expected 2 hours of sitting and having to listen, but the two hours went really quickly. Although I am a regular user, it was really helpful to find other ways of doing things,

Sal was excellent and kept us engaged throughout. I thought it would be boring but it wasn't! I learnt a lot, and think I can go away and apply it to my job. All great.
